Not too good either today, instead of having small meals I had a small meal early in the morning then a big one when I came home after shopping..

SHOPPING FOR LIKE 3+ HOURS WTF. That's 3 hours of nonstop cardio so I SORT OF did do some exercise today.. LOL..
LATE LUNCH
Huge bowl of smoked salmon+chicken salad dargh
SNACK?
Erm, still not really that hungry so I had like 1/4 of a bowl of this disgusting pumpkin soup which I am sorry to say looks like orange diarrhoea. Guaranteed to put anyone off food.
Okay but now I just had like 2 mini mini steaks haha (so like a regular small-sized steak ?_?) and some broccoli :))
