Pretty happy that I've been eating healthy as fuark 8). Only problem is that my stomach is just fucking weirdly bloated after I eat salad at lunch.. I don't know whyyyyyy. Makes me sad. Only bad thing was the tictacs but I'll guess I had about 20 and there are 2 calories in each so I had ..40 calories which isn't that much at least!? Aiyah it's hard to resist when I'm out and about =(

Trail mix is relied upon by hikers to provide them with long lasting, healthy energy, and in everyday life if offered the same kind of benefits.
