It has seriously been like a week since i have exercised and eaten properly. But today IT BEGINS (seriously). NO EXCUSES. You have motivated me in getting back into this lifestyle where i wanna feel refreshed and rejuvenated every morning, looking forward to completely smashing a bodypart and consuming a tonne of food. I wanna feel healthy again and look aesthetic!!
DAY 1
MEAL 1
Mung bean porridge
MEAL 2
2 pieces of wholemeal bread, 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon (stripped fat off) (lol), a tomato + handful of grapes
MEAL 3
Rice, white fish and vegetables + green tea + banana
BACK ATTACK
Meal 4
A protein bar Kim gave me + 6 rice cakes with peanut butter
Meal 5
Steak and vegetables
Meal 6
Cottage cheese + few slices of apple
P.S. I think mum has decided she will get the weights for me on Monday :)
P.S.S. I'm sorry not posting anything these last few days i just haven't been feeling ok, i hope that you will continue this weight loss journey until the end.
