MEAL 1: eggs, bacon, tomato, 2 pieces of wholemeal bread + half a cup of oats

MEAL 2: steak + sweet potato

MEAL 3: 1/2 of a protein shake (all i had left)

MEAL 4: chicken, bacon, broccoli, potato

MEAL 5: fish, wintermelon, tofu + 15 almonds

MEAL 6: cottage cheese + few slices of apple

COME ON!!
