I'm so glad the afterburn effect has really kicked in!! Gonna keep running regularly (obviously) so it stays and keep eating clean so the weight has no CHOICE but to go down.
I love what weight loss has done to me. I look better, feel better, and it's gonna be for life. It's affected the way I look/feel about myself, how much I think I can push myself, what I think I'm capable of achieving, the clothes that I wear and b0iiz (LOLZ truth). Super happy with where I'm going in terms of this!!
It has, however, been a major distraction from my work so I have to really get into it now LOL xoP.S. Mad love that photo of us xoxo FINEE changed it to the smiley one (: I LOOK LIKE A MAN
P.P.S. I've thought about it and I've decided that we're going to go to KFC for our cheat meal. SO MUCH MORE SATISFYING (i.e. OILY) than gourmet pizza wtf. FUCKING LOVE THE SKIN OF THE KFC CHICKEN. NOW THAT'S A PROPER CHEAT MEAL.
