Had a pretty bad day today :( Practically a cheat day aaah

BREAKFAST
Apple

Super short gym session with Q! 204 calories on the treadmill (legit all I had time for lmfao)

LUNCH
Chicken Caesar Salad (bacon, croutons, cheese.. Pretty unclean FUUCKK >.<)

Snack?
Boost, about 80 calories??

Watched Battleship w/ Sunny Q Leon Denga Amiejays and Will!

^ A bit of frozen yoghurt from this salady place at Westfield called "pure+natural" hahhaah do you remember when I got it when we used to go Miranda gym during HSC? XD Looks like icecream lmao

DINNER
Duck (wtf terrible food at home atm), capsicum/cucumber stir fry, tomato and some other vegetable soup

And will have a few grapes soon!

I think I consumed too many calories today :( Looking forward to a really, really good day tomorrow ♥ This is what I love about us, we're always still positive about the future ^.^
I'm going to pre-pack some almonds in tupperware, actually! :)
