Imma start taking photos of my food! ^.^

Morning Workout!! 15 - 20 mins, including star jumps, mountain climbers, planking, squat thrusts/burpees??, knee crunches and pushups

BREAKFAST

Toast with a super thin layer of philadelphia!!!! I was getting really sick of just dry toast T.T
+ Apple slices (a bit over half an apple)
+ T2 Red Fancy Fruit tea Willow gave me for my birthday. I am so investing more into T2

SNACK

Omg more fruit HAHAHA, 1 small yoghurt, 1 orange and the rest of my breakfast apple.
I got really really inspired by all the bowls of fruit I posted onto the blog so I also impulse went and called mum to buy two bowls and when she came home I made my fruit bowl!!!!! LOL I feel a bit like a princess :\ I always seem to get what I want as soon as I want it.. (But I'm glad this weight loss thing is all on me. No one's going to give it to me on a platter. MAKES ME FEE DUH GEWD. Same with academics, too, which is why my main areas of focus in life atm are weight loss, good grades and to know Good :))

SNACK
2 steamed vege+prawn dumpringz

DINNER
Sssaaallmmmoonnn, some asian greens (admittedly not much)
+ A few grapes cut in half so I would fool myself into eating more than I did lmao


Do a yoga workout! (Okay I didn't end up doing this so I will do it at 8pm)

SNACK
Probably tea
