BREAKFAST
Typical half apple/wholegrain toast/green tea
LUNCH (split into 2)
Chicken (and some smoked salmon but barely) home-made salad ick (it got all soggy)
SNACK?
I honestly couldn't stop myself from buying a pumpkin soup from Sumo Salad, the computer room I was in was REALLY REALLY cold, it was cold outside anyway, my nose and fingers were FREEZING. Only 390kJ so that's less than 100 calories right? :S
DINNER
Some steamed fish, some of the vegie & beef stir fry (very clean, mum doesn't use much oil, and even if she does it's freaking like extra extra virgin olive oil or something LOL)
GYM: ZUMBA FOR AN HOUR! LOL was pretty fun! Then 100calories on the treadmill and then we went home
SNACK?
Put 2 oranges in the blender. It was just like all pulp tha fuq. Maybe drank 1 1/3 of an orange.
