Get up at 11:30AM. MORNING WORKOUT Trollolol got out of bed at 12:50AM. Had a single grape. Then brushed my teeth and got dressed and went driving.

2 - 2:30 // Smoked Salmon salad fuck yeahhh

+ 2 little pieces of chicken
PORTIONS WERE WATCHED :)

UNI SNACK
Grapes/almonds/rice cakes
+ BRING GREEN TEA AND DRINK THAT IF YOU GET HUNGRY.
Green tea was brought and drunk :)

DINNER
6 or 6:307 - 7:30 // Smoookkeeed Salmon, spinach&rocket + tomato + cucumber salad what the fuck is uuupp

Portions were watched :)

SNACK
7:30 or 8 // Have a yoghurt w/ blueberries if you must (oh I did. With like 6 grapes too)

NO EATING AFTER THAT. WATER ONLY
