GYM (did LISS because my back muscle was sore for some reason so I took it easy. I still did 222 calories in like 31 mins anyway): Treadmill, the .. ..bar.. pull down thingy majiggo (I think that works your back), and bicep curls teehee
Burger Lovers Chicken Caesar salad
1/4 Roast chicken from B.L. + a bit of salad for dinner
And I started to have grape&yoghurt dessert but dad disapproves of me having sugar/eating at night haha so he took that away from me :(
And then at like midnight I was hungry so I had a bit more of the roast chicken wtf.

Breakfast
Apple, Tea
Lunch/Snacks (I forgot what order I ate these in rofl)
Two rice cakes
Hhoneydew&Yoghurt
Smoked salmon phila toast
Dinner
Pan fry salmon fillet, 1 cucumber, 5 cherry tomatos, mall fist of brown rice, some leftover roast chicken, two spoonfuls of white rice I stole from dads plate, some satay onions?
And now I'm a little peckish.
I'm also 54.5 kilos again lmao
But whatever I'm gonna work this shit off anyway :)

Have a s.s. phila sandwich or some ruitfay
Go back out to run or do youtube pop pilates. Or do both trollolol :)
