Day 3: What drives my life?
Finally, a chapter I agree on. I do agree that life is meaningless if we don't know what we are living for. God seems to be the reasonable solution.
Difficulties
I think the whole "God will ask you 2 questions to pass a test" thing is a bit bogus. Like I said, what on earth happens to the 2-day-year-old children who are murdered days after they are born!? Where on earth do they go?
Still, though. I am definitely warming up to the idea that life without a purpose is meaningless. I spoke to God quite a few times today, I think. This book really is bringing Him closer to me as I tentatively explore and prod him for answers to my (probably ridiculous) questions.
