Less than 5 hours sleep today, which is why my appetite was so big today!

BREAKFAST
Toast, apple, tea

SNACK
A tiny bit of smoked salmon + salad. Tasted crap. Lmao

LUNCH
Chicken, brown rice, Asian greens (mostly broccoli), a few pieces of pork! D:

SNACK
Green tteeeeeaaa, some cucumber stix, a piece of chicken breast, one cob of corn! ♥

ZUMBA

SNACK
Tried protein shake, had left over cucumber + corn + some smoked salmon. Why. Does. It. Feel. Like. I've. Eaten. So. Much. Today!!?!?!? :(. Have a feeling the scales will be 55 again tomorrow.. Sigh. This is gonna be a long road.
I also got a HD for the rest of my Assessment 2 in one of my subjects :) yay, but I'm really peculiarly stressed about everything else now for some reason......
