  • YESTERDAY
  • Cheat day. So bloated aih

  • apple
  • gym
  • chicken caesar salad @ Burger Lovers
  • one and a half protein pancakes (icing sugar, butter for the pan, some Nesquik [Alice was over])
  • hot pot.......... (dumplings etc, lamb/beef shavings, etc)
  • 1 - 2 plastic cups of punch (lemonade, cranberry juice, frozen berries)
  • chocolate fondue w/ fruit ...
  • a square of chocolate cake + half a slice of greentea&redbean cake.. (yeah Sandy had a lot of cake, A&B bought her one haha)
I felt so full my stomach and chest hurt.
It was a fantastic night though, and I know I'm going to work hard for the next two weeks/year/life to get to where I want to be.

I'm not doubting anymore. I won't stop until I get there. I will always, always, always work towards getting my ultimate sexy body. (Holy shit.. I'm going to be so vain.. I will probably lose friends)
