FIRST MEAL @ 2:30PM
Smoked salmon phila toast, 1 rice cake, a little bit of pineapple, tea :)

SNACK
A couple of almonds.. 2 wholegrain crackers in skinny tzatziki.. More tea

DINNER
Went to Little Italy with Terry & Sunny & Qin instead of gym hahaha, but it's okay making up for it later :)
Had half a chicken caesar salad (which I think was fairly high in calories but at least it was halved with Qin), and a little cute shotglass - yes, shotglass - of pumpkin soup o.o"

DESSERT
Honeydew + yoghurt w/ cinnamon. More tea 8)

And here are the wonderful health benefits of cinnamon!!! Amazing!!

And I started to have grape&yoghurt dessert but dad disapproves of me having sugar/eating at night haha so he took that away from me :(

  • hot pot.......... (dumplings etc, lamb/beef shavings, etc)
  • 1 - 2 plastic cups of punch (lemonade, cranberry juice, frozen berries)
  • chocolate fondue w/ fruit ...
  • a square of chocolate cake + half a slice of greentea&redbean cake.. (yeah Sandy had a lot of cake, A&B bought her one haha)
I felt so full my stomach and chest hurt.
It was a fantastic night though, and I know I'm going to work hard for the next two weeks/year/life to get to where I want to be.

I'm not doubting anymore. I won't stop until I get there. I will always, always, always work towards getting my ultimate sexy body. (Holy shit.. I'm going to be so vain.. I will probably lose friends)

Wow. I'm learning a lot.

    Book that I'm going to buy and oh my god I want this just as bad as I want to lose weight. John (the tutor) gave us a few chapters excerpt from it a while ago and it was incredible in every sense of the word.
